Hokay, so I'm trying to build a prop Gravity Gun from Half Life 2. And this gamebanana.com/hl2/skins/media… model would be EXTREMELY helpful in building. However I need it as an obj model in order to use for Pepakura, and unfortunately for me I have NO idea what I'm doing in order to get it to that point.

Anyone think they could lend a hand?

Okay, and I've already spent 20 minutes on this.  To that end, because I was tagged by 3 different people and, really, who wants to sit here and read through 30 answers to 30 questions, I'm going to pick and choose what 10 questions I want to answer.  I mean, not even People magazine can keep reader attention spans that long when interviewing...uh...insert favorite actor here.  I'm rewarding myself for procrastination with laziness.  You can thank me later, self.

1. If you had a million dollars just to spend on household appliances, what appliances would you buy? - I'd start with a Blendtec blender, because I want to be able to blend glowsticks in the comfort of my own laboratory.  With the other $999,679.84, I'd start a sanctuary for used and neglected appliances, where they could come and live with me and never be blamed for shrinking wool sweaters again.

2.  What's your vision of the perfect world or a world beyond death? (Answer this truthfully, i will not tolerate trolls in this!) - Well, most of you who have followed me long enough know that I'm a Christian, thanks to Jesus who completely turned my life around when I never could, so I'm looking forward to getting to spend time with the One who loves me the most and gave Himself for me.  I'm also looking forward to seeing way more people in Heaven whom I never thought would choose to be there.

3. Mass effect question alert! What were you thinking when decided to pick between Kaidan or Ashley on Virmire? - Truth be told, it was out of left field when I came to that decision.  I was as unspoiled as they come, and I sat in complete silence for about 3 minutes.  That pretty much proves I would make a crappy Commander in real life.  Me: "I save Kaidan!!"  Joker: "Uh, that was two days ago, Shepard."  So basically, I knew who I had to choose, but the reason for my delay was that I cringed thinking of how to explain to Ashley!  "Ash, sorry, it's not because Kaidan's my entire reason for living and my only motivation to keep breathing in this God-forsaken galaxy, it's really because...well, you know!  Logical choice and all that!"

4. Who's your video game crush? - See question 3.  Okay, that's a cop out.  I actually think of Kaidan as my husband...that sounded weird...I mean, my actual husband, who's name is Luke (sounds kind of like Alenko, right?), and he's an electrical engineer, so he's got that part down.  And he's steamy hot as all get out, so that helps.   Now if only I could get him to dye his hair black...just kidding, dear!

5. How do you think we can achieve world peace? - Have Raphael Sbarge record himself reading.  Anything.  I'm serious.  You listen to that man's voice and your entire body melts into a puddle of tranquility.  Like the Queen in "V" with her bliss, just broadcast it on all stations 24 hours.

6. If you could live in any fictional universe what would it be? (i.e. Twighlight, Harry Potter, Mass Effect, Naruto, the Little Mermaid, Thumbelina, Never Never Land, etc.) - Okay, the obvious answer would be Mass Effect, but in actuality, it's the universe of Redwall.  Whenever I get stressed out, it's my happy place that I retreat to in my mind.  I want to be in the Abbey kitchens with Constance and Basil Stag Hare, making mushroom flans while the dibbuns swipe candied chestnuts when we aren't looking.  And I want to attend a Redwall feast and eat deeper-than-ever pie with unending cheese and mint tea!  That's my picture of a perfect world!

7. Who would win in a fight: Mel Gibson or Russell Crowe? - Russell Crowe, all the way.  Have you seen Gladiator?  That is all.

8. I like to _________. (fill in the blank.) - read quantum physics books.  I know...a bit sad.  My husband and I stay up late some nights talking about quarks, entangled pairs, dark energy, string theory.  Entangled pairs and dark energy are big players in Mass Effect!  Alas, it's not possible in real life, but that's some good science fiction right there.  Eezo?  Not so much, but again, great sci-fi.  If you want a beginner's crash course in quantum physics, I recommend Brian Greene's Elegant Universe.  The more I read about quantum physics, the more I'm convinced there's a God.

9.  Favorite song right now?  (a totally cheap answer, i know) That's a tough one.  I'm a Muse fan, and my favorite song of theirs is Map of the Problematique.  How's that?

10. Do you hate me for tagging you? FINALLY THE LAST QUESTION!  THIS WAS SO FREAKIN' ANNOYI..Oh.  Hate you?  No, of course not!  Never!  Actually, if you're still reading this, I must ask you, WHY?  I'm sure it's a lovely day out, and your significant other is waiting by the wall of drying paint for you...

YES!  I'M DONE!  What?  I have to come up with 10 questions?  Seriously?!

1. What's a question you've always wanted to answer but was never asked (besides, would you marry/divorce me?)?
   Ummmm.... wow, stumped right out of the gate.... I suppose it would be "If you were to restructure the global society, what would your restructure look like?" I also ask people what they'd like to see change in society, but I never, or possibly extremely seldom, get asked.

2. What is a moment in your life you're most proud of?
   Hmm, that's tricky. I suppose it's still happening. I'm most proud of just being me. I'm pretty narcassistic and I understand that. But to be fair, I LOVE being who I am. Admittedly if I could choose a moment I wish I could say I've saved someone's life, but the closest I've come to that is my real life superhero charity work.

3. You're offered a bet with the following odds: 50% chance of winning $100, 50% chance of losing $100.  Do you take the bet?  
   How much would the winning amount have to be for you to take on the bet? Well, seeing as how I don't really have money to bet with, I wouldn't take it. Now, if it were over a dollar or so, maybe $5 bet, sure.

4. If you could change one thing about yourself, what would it be?
   The ONE thing I could change, my back acne... it's seriously painful at times. That, and/or increase my upper body strength.

5. If you could be granted one talent that you now lack, what would you choose?
   Upper body strength? Perhaps commitment to completing projects?

6. If you could go back in time and change the course of history at a key moment, what moment would you choose and how would you change it?
   We talking personal history of ALL history? Because if it's ALL, I wouldn't change a thing (I could explain why, but the short answer is branch theory). If it's personal history... I have a couple things... mostly to better other people's lives.

7. If you could be another person (dead or alive, not fictional) for a day, who would you be?
   If we include the understanding/knowledge of that person, Tesla or Einstein. If we're talking just for funsies... Robert Downey Jr during the production of Avengers.

8. Are you the type of person that always plays by the rules or do you like to buck the system?  Why do you think that is?
    I like to challenge the established order fairly often, probably because I like a challenge, I like to debate, and I generally think my ideas are better. haha

9. If you had $1,000,000 and you had to give it away, who/what would you give it to?
   A prop maker by the name of Volpin, in the agreement that we sells his props to toy makers so that the masses could have high quality props for low cost.

10. What is your favorite classic thing from the 80s (or 90s for all of you "yoots")?
    Seriously, too many things to even bother answering.

Alright, so I'm starting a web series akin to Deadliest Warrior of nerd characters from comics, video games, tv, film, etc. and need some more suggestions as to whom you think I should include.

Do note, I'd prefer JUST the one character you'd like involved, but if you want to suggest a VS, go right ahead.

First episode: Samus Aran vs Superman.

To anyone in the Southern California region who is interested in this movement, there are MANY cities who are getting involved, I highly encourage looking into it for yourself and hopefully getting involved.

If you aren't in the Southern California region, no reason you shouldn't look into the movement either, read up on it at least.

Hokay, so. Along with the Romulan Bird of Prey redesign, which I'm actually getting to a point where I like the design.

But what I need all of your help with is the DY-100. I do like my old redesign but I'm hoping to rework it considerably to both loose a bit of it's kit-bashed look as well as though in a little more of the original design.
